Pretty good week of training

Monday AM - off
L - off
PM - off
Tuesday AM - off
L - 20min jog, dryland core exercises
PM - 1:15 run, 2200 yd swim
Wednesday AM - off
L - 37min run
PM - 55 mile mostly fast group ride
Thursday AM - 3200 m swim
L -off
PM - track run
  • 20min warm up
  • 14 x 400 at ~:81 with 200 jog between each
  • 1mile cool down
Friday AM - 3700 swim with 12 x 100 on 1:10 send off
L - off
PM - 20min spin on trainer, dryland core exercises
Saturday AM - sleep
    L- 2 hr 31 minute trail run
    PM - off
    Sunday AM - 100 mile ride - ride out to windermere (~15), group (~62), ride to clermont (~25) L - off
    PM - off

    not bad - would like another day of long easy riding but that would require a half day off work or something...
