  • 3 x 800 desc 1-3 on 2 min rest (2:45, 2:40, 2:31)

Tuesday AM - off

PM - weights/core etc (planned to swim but a storm came)
Wednesday AM - 3100 yd swim
  • 600 easy
  • 8 x 50 kick on :10 rest
  • 6 x 50 desc 1-3, 4-6 on :45
  • 4 x (4 x 100)
  • sets 1 and 3 interval 1:15, hold 1:06-07
  • sets 2 and 4 interval 1:10, hold 1:01-02

L - chinese buffet
PM - 55 mile mostly fast group ride, 34 min run at IM pace
Thursday AM - off

PM - weights (core, legs, light chest), 2 hr spin
Friday AM - off L - 3200 swim with tight interval set
PM - travel
Saturday AM - 20min swim, 1 hr run

    Sunday AM - 1 hr 20 run (very tired, social weekend in NJ) L -

    was planning to do a relay swim in atlantic city, but our planned escort boat sunk the weekend before and our six man team turned into three, so we just goofed around the Shore.
