Friday AM - 3200 swim
lunch - 50min spin w 5 x 40 sec pickups

Saturday AM - 1 hr half-marathon tempo run, 36min spin
lunch - off

Sunday AM -
lunch - 2000 easy swim
PM - off off

Total: 4 hr bike, 4 hr run, 3.5 hr swim.

In retrospect I probably should have forced a bike on Sunday, but I was whipped and didn't do it. So it goes.
