Jerry, Bri and I had a good broken brick this morning. Bri was able to play a bit of hooky. We did 3 x 13 mile bike, 2 mile run, faster each round. On the 2nd round Bri and Jerry ran 6:30 pace while I was a more pedestrian 7:15. On the final round we all worked the bike and then ran 1 mile fast - Bri about 5:50, Jerry around 6, and me around 6:20.
