Week 2.6 - March 19

Well, well, well. Well, well, well. That's how things are going. This week was a run emphasis week. I had an excellent 2 hr 15 minute run on Thursday. Saturday's 10K was not what I was looking for, but that's what you get for not resting at all.Sunday was a 120 ride, consisted of riding out to Windermere, riding, and riding home. Ran 20 minutes after. Feel strong, so we'll see how I look at the Panam champs in 13 days.

PM - 18m bike with quick accelerations, 3m jog
Saturday AM -
  • 10k race, Time 36:41 (out fast and died)
  • total mileage ~11-12

PM - 25m easy flat, 20 minute frustration run
Sunday AM - 115m ride, 20 minute run
